Director of Innovation, formerly Professor of Strategy and Innovation and Associate Dean at the University of Southampton.
Michelle is Director of Innovation at NQM. She has a PhD from St Catharine’s College, University of Cambridge, and over 35 years of experience as a ‘career academic’, latterly as Professor of Strategy and Innovation and Associate Dean at the Russell Group University of Southampton. Michelle served as Lead Innovation Fellow at the prestigious ESRC/EPSRC Advanced Institute of Management Research (AIM).
