Overview
DOS7 combines the previous Digital Outcomes 6 (RM1043.8) and Digital Specialists and Programmes (RM6263) frameworks. It enables public sector organisations to procure suppliers for digital, data, and technology services in alignment with government policies, standards, and best practices.

Lot 1 – Digital Outcomes
- Outcome-based digital projects in line with agile methodologies and government digital standards.
Lot 2 – Digital Capability and Delivery Partners
- Support long-term digital transformation programmes, capability-building, and strategic resource augmentation.
Lot 3 – Digital Specialists
- Individual specialists providing targeted skills for projects, services, and transformation initiatives.
Lot 4 – User Research Studios and Participants
- Hire studio space or recruit participants to test digital services.
